Fantastic education in a central location
Penn State Berks is roughly a one-hour drive from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the state's largest city and home of the Philadelphia International Airport, and the state capital of Harrisburg, as well as the Harrisburg International Airport. Campus is also about two hours away from University Park, Pa.; New York City, New York; and Baltimore, Maryland.
Endless academic opportunities
Students who begin their Penn State education at Berks have the option of completing the first two years of their studies at our campus, and then moving to University Park or another Penn State campus for the final two years of study to finish their degree. This plan is known as called the 2+2 program. However, many students fall in love with Penn State Berks and opt to stay here all four years of study, choosing to complete one of our baccalaureate degree programs.
